My Story
For as long as I can remember, I've been passionate about helping people develop and grow. I firmly believe that with the right support, we can all become the best version of ourselves. My career in Learning and Development spans over 20 years, during which I've focused on empowering others to reach their full potential.

I faced my own limiting beliefs. I struggled with low confidence and lacked self-belief, which held me back from seizing opportunities I desired but felt unworthy of. Fortunately, throughout my career I experienced many coaching moments that motivated me to confront my fears and expand my comfort zone. These moments inspired me to help others overcome their own challenges.

My path to becoming a coach began with training as an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor. During this time, I volunteered as a counsellor for Mind, where I found fulfillment in building trusting relationships that allowed individuals to openly share their challenges. This experience inspired me to earn a certificate in coaching and mentoring. Following this, I became a mentor for the Prince's Trust and later was recruited by Oxfam to provide coaching to female refugees.

I pursued an EMCC-accredited diploma in Transformational Coaching and later became a certified CliftonStrengths coach. The assessment was transformative for me, helping me understand my natural strengths and giving me the confidence to build a career that leverages those strengths.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact, I thrive on supporting individuals in achieving their goals and creating meaningful change in their lives. Whether it’s career advancement, well-being improvement, or recognising and leveraging strengths, I'm dedicated to supporting individuals on their personal growth journey.

How I Work
My approach is centred on building a collaborative and supportive partnership. Consider me your “thinking partner,” working closely with you to accelerate your progress towards your goals.

What I do
-
Integrate Humanistic and Strengths-Based approaches: I empower individuals to leverage their unique qualities to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
-
Build trusting relationships: I prioritise building a trusting relationship based on empathy, authenticity, and non-judgment. This creates a safe and supportive environment where you can be yourself.
-
Increase self-awareness and insight: I strive to understand the complexities and tensions in your life, reflecting what I observe to help build your self-awareness. Using creative tools, visualisations, and therapeutic practices, I guide you to discover insights and solutions on your own.
-
Utilise the CliftonStrengths Assessment: I use this diagnostic tool to help identify your natural talents, enabling you to understand your psychological needs and what you require to perform at your best. By focusing on your natural talents, I help you turn them into strengths for greater success.
